ZDZ47F Gas Flat Gate Valve Product Overview:

The valve body adopts a cast structure.
Valve seat adoptsOThe floating valve seat structure with a sealing ring and pre tightening force ensures bidirectional sealing of the valve inlet and outlet; And the opening and closing torque of this structure is only the same as that of ordinary valves1/2It can easily open and close valves.
The valve seat is embedded on the sealing surfacePTFE, possessingPTFEDouble sealing of metal and metal to metal,PTFEThe function of the sealing surface is to simultaneously remove dirt from the gate.
The gate of the valve, whether fully open or fully closed, always matches the sealing surface, and the sealing surface is protected from direct flushing by the medium, thereby extending its service life.
When the valve is fully open, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, there is no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned by passing a rough ball.
When the valve is closed, it can automatically release the high pressure inside the chamber(Refer to the working principle diagram for details)Ensure safe use.
The use of a closed gear rotating opening and closing indicator mechanism can clearly reflect the opening and closing status of the valve for a long time.
The outer surface of the directly buried valve door is treated with epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion, which can have the same service life as the pipeline.

Working principle of gas flat gate valve
